About Me

The Rules

 However, rules are not only set to ensure a standard level of play but are importantly done to ensure player safety, integrity of the game, and in an attempt to create as fair a competition as possible.  And although basketball is a tough, physical, high-adrenaline sport, the rules and regulations in place are meant to prevent many forms of violence and allow for a peaceful, impartial flow of the game. 

Our Support Team

 A good coach helps a player succeed on the field, the court, or the course. A great coach helps youth succeed in life. Here we believe all young people should have access to safe places and caring adult mentors who help them grow socially, athletically, emotionally and academically. 

Strength Training

  Strength training is a fundamental element for the physical conditioning of basketball players. Its purpose is to improve power and acceleration/speed around the court and to reduce the risk injuries. Resistance training and power training are performed in different periods throughout the season. Moreover, individual and team development plans optimize the improvement of each player.
